How It Works
Five simple steps to access housing assistance through NBHA.
Check Eligibility
Review income limits and program requirements for your household size.
Submit Application
Apply online through the NBHA Applicant Portal or visit our office.
Get on Waiting List
After submitting your application, you will be placed on the waiting list for your selected program.
Get Housed
Once your name is reached on the waiting list and you are approved, receive your voucher or unit assignment and move in.

A technical issue involving NBHA's operational software prohibited the ability to process ACH payments. Checks were mailed to landlords and vendors on Friday, February 14, 2025.
